AppGiveaway Terms & Conditions

• App codes are for use with the US App Store for now, so the site is for US residents until Apple decide to role out the use of promo codes to other countries.
•  If you don’t like the app code you win you can consider giving it to a friend or family but do tell them you got it from AppGiveaway.com
• Abuse of the app giveaway system will not be tolerated in any way shape or form.
• Winners will be notified by email, so a valid email is required and this is especially important as you will be asked to verify your account.
• Void where prohibited. Although, not sure where this would apply but every contest site has this and so it would be nice to have this apply here too.
• The giveaway is over when the App Giveaway team decides and the winners will be featured on the website below the giveaway.
• Do not email us asking for an app promo code… you will not get one.  You must register and enter the giveaway the same as everyone else.
