LOMO is an iPhone camera application designed for simulating the world wide famous LOMO Camera such likes LC-A. Have you ever heard of the LOMO LC-A camera? It's a world-wide phenomenon and there's a very proactive organization - the Lomographic Society promoting the use of this 'cheap' little camera developed in the old Soviet Union.
