Just create your exercises, add them to your custom workout, and you're ready to go. When you're done working out, you can view your history not just in a list of sets, but in several other convenient and interesting ways.
The Calendar screen allows you to see an entire month of workouts at a glance. Touch a day and see your sets for that day. You can graph your exercises by One Rep Max to see your improvement, or graph your workouts by Volume to see how hard you're working out.
Gym Buddy has a planning feature where you can create several plans for each workout, and schedule them directly on the calendar. Gym Buddy even provides for supersets. And don't worry about losing your precious data, Gym Buddy allows for backing up and restoring the database via wifi, as well as emailing your data to yourself.
